I tried the Takumi Course during my visit, and it was an exceptional experience. This restaurant uses premium Kuroge Wagyu from Kagoshima, with the beef having won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award, and the breeding cattle line even receiving the Prime Minister’s Award. The quality is truly outstanding—beautiful marbling, refined texture, and a deep, elegant flavor in every bite. Throughout the course, you can fully enjoy the natural taste of the meat, starting with the beef tongue and a platter of rare Wagyu cuts. My personal favorite, however, was the appetizer: “Seafood & Wagyu Yukhoe with Consommé Jelly and Pickles.” The combination of seafood and Wagyu was surprisingly harmonious and refreshing. The yukhoe isn’t made with completely raw beef; instead, the surface is lightly seared to lock in the flavor, giving it a wonderful aroma and texture. It was an impressive dish that set a high tone for the entire course. I used a private room this time, and the atmosphere was calm, comfortable, and truly relaxing. The staff were also very kind and attentive. A perfect place to visit on special occasions. I would love to come back again.

Great wagyu options that are mouth watering. The private room setting is perfect to get away from the bustling crowds other restaurants in the area. Sanij was a great server and provided us with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend coming here.

My waiter, Sanij, provided my entourage with an exceptional service and i found his kindness to be of an impeccable standard. The food was scrumptious and of rich savour. The private dining area provided ample levels of privacy and added an exquisite touch to an already resplendent dining experience.

Damn these Binchō-tan grilled slabs of beef tongue is amazing. So tender and massively thick. Personally I like them with a little more sear but the seasoning is just perfect. The set meals I feel are the best choices and you can supplement them with a La carte portions and just share with the table. The black cattle meat is juicy and nicely marbled like wagyu. Just try them all, you can't go wrong. While the place is Li Ely and loud, the enthusiastic servers are super friendly and can speak English well. All in all I'd go back.

This was the best place! Great service, Sanij was very polite and gave great recommendations. The freakshow Cabernet was great! On your steak cuts use the wasabi and lemon on top, great combo.
