Taking too much time.

Some of the items I left with them went missing because of a staff mistake, yet a middle-aged female employee sarcastically told me, “You checked when you picked them up, right〜? We never received them〜.” In the end, they called the next day to say the items had been found. I went to collect them, but the shop did not offer even a brief apology. The poor review ratings made sense. Incidentally, there seem to be several middle-aged female employees. Why does this branch attract so many inconsiderate employees compared with other ポニークリーニング branches… It used to be a good shop with approachable staff.

From entering to leaving, the service attitude was extremely poor and unpleasant. I do not even want to give it 1 star. It was my first time using them, and I entered without noticing the paper at the entrance stating 『Wait outside if another customer is present』 (it is an ordinary size and easy to miss if you casually walk in). The employee then looked deeply displeased and gave me an icy stare, as though looking down on someone with no manners, while repeatedly making snide remarks: “Why did you come in when there is a notice posted?” “Normally you look in front of the door and read it before entering, don't you?” I was in a hurry, so I swallowed my anger and conceded, saying, “I will remember and line up outside next time.” But the condescending attitude continued to the end: “Yes, then please make sure you pay attention next time. Read the notice before coming in.” To top it off, even after I paid, there was no verbal guidance at all, such as “It will be ready on this date at this time” or “Please come to collect it then.” I was simply told, “Yes, yes, check this,” and handed a receipt. Because I was in a hurry, I put up with it and left my items, but now I deeply regret not simply walking out. The thought of having to see that employee's face again to collect the finished items is genuinely depressing, and just remembering it brings my anger back. I am posting this because I do not want others to have the same experience. I will never go again.

The receptionist's attitude a little after 5 on 6/26 was overbearing. As soon as I entered, I was told to close the door immediately (it was pouring rain, I had a lot of luggage, and closing it right away was difficult). After that, I was made to leave because they said the sweater fibers on the item made cleaning difficult. I immediately left and took it to another cleaner. The receptionist was different the previous time I used them, and the results were good, so it is disappointing, but I do not think I will use them again.

I used them again after a long time, but the service from the employee (a middle-aged woman) was extremely unpleasant. The same person handled both drop-off and pickup. A few years ago, when I used them almost every week, the staff were very courteous. It is utterly disappointing. There were various unpleasant aspects to our interactions, but with this review, I will never use them again.
