Very nice place in a quite backstreet of Kagurazaka!! ケイシャflavor was also rlly good!!

Firstly, the customer service was excellent. The staff were bilingual and really accommodating and knew shisha so well. The shisha was delicious and they give us great recommendations. The only downside was the price, which was a bit on the high side, especially for whisky. The lighting was also a little bit too bright for a shisha bar. Other than that, it was great and I am sure I'll go again. I just need to save some money first.

PECO is absolutely amazing! More often than not, when a shop tries to do many things at one time, it provides a mediocre experience on all fronts. PECO is one if the rare ones that is able to pull it off in spades. Needless to say, the shisha is top notch; with fantastic flavor combinations and great smoke quality. Taking it a step further, the shop offers a whiskey selection that gives most whiskey bars a run for its money. And to top it all off, PECO does it all while also being a hip+trendy cafe that makes it perfect for your chill hangout. Lastly, shoutout to Maria (staff) for the A+ service. Will definitely be back soon!
