A ramen shop run by an izakaya during the day. I don't know whether it's a cooking issue or poor operations, but the food takes quite a long time to arrive for a ramen shop, so it's not suitable for busy people. The noodles are very thin, and the soy sauce-based broth has chicken oil and a vegetable potage feel, with sweetness on the palate. I personally liked it, so I'll return if the timing works. After all, you can only eat it during the day.
View on GoogleI had shoyu ramen. The broth is on the sweet side and rich. Maybe a chicken and vegetable stock? It feels like a Western-style soup. I think this ramen will divide opinions. The woman next to me left some.
View on GoogleA ramen shop advertising chicken and vegetable stock. Perhaps it's the sweetness of the vegetables, but the broth is rather sweet and tastes like potage soup, which is interesting.
