A gaming meat bistro. We had ratatouille, venison tartare, venison minced with marrow and wild bore sausage for starter and pheasant and rabbit for main. All the dishes were cooked perfectly, especially the pheasant was full of unami flavour. Their signature, venison tartare, was phenomenon, very moist and full of flavour. The vibe was cozy and lively, and you can enjoy the chef cooks closely if you have counter seats. If you're looking for a good place for meat, I definitely recommend this bistro.

The wide variety of fresh-tasting game is always a thrill, and the ability to watch it be prepared only builds excitement before it's served to you. We've tried the bear (when it's available), rabbit, deer, and boar; it's all been excellent. As long as you're willing to try new things, I recommend coming here once. Be sure to come early or book, as it fills up quickly.
