A hip and stylish lounge at the base of an international travel friendly hotel that manages to serve up its own unique blend of Spanish tapas, pinchos & paella, with a bit of a fusion feel. All the flavors were unique and enticing which made for an enjoyable and memorable meal. The only real negatives here we're: The Per Person Table Charge (550¥) even for a child, and unlike most places where an Otoshi is given, here there was nothing. It was just straight up an additional charge with no real justification or reason. Also the posted prices for the pinchos both online and in media were quite different 250¥ vs 350-500¥ on site. Neither was bank breaking but more so, as a visitor, just be aware that these things exist.

I discovered a lovely place in Tokyo where I could truly unwind. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented — a feast for all five senses. The service was exceptional as well. I would love to come back again.😆

I rarely leave long reviews for my dining experience, but this restaurant left me no choice. It is genuinely hard to know where to start because there were simply too many highlights to list. What impressed me the most was the sheer balance of the meal. In an era where restaurants often rely on "over-the-top" portions or gimmicks, this place lets the quality speak for itself. Every dish was perfectly portioned—nothing felt overloaded or wasteful, yet I left feeling completely satisfied. You can tell everything is incredibly fresh, and the execution of the flavors is spot on. The value here is also refreshing; there’s absolutely no overpricing, and it feels worth every cent. To top it all off, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the service hits that "sweet spot"—they are total professionals who know their stuff, but they keep the vibe casual and welcoming rather than stiff. Big shout out to Honey. If you appreciate a kitchen that prioritizes taste and precision over-inflated volume, you need to eat here. I’ll definitely be back.

The good: My favourite out of The Knot’s entire food and drink line-up. More Than Tapas quickly became our daily ritual – a comforting, familiar end to each jam-packed Tokyo day. After hours on our feet in the 32-degree heat, we’d return to the hotel and head straight to the bar: gin and tonic for me, apple juice for my son. We’d sit, unwind, and chat with the lovely bar staff – especially Robin, Lorenzo, Yamada and Koh – who truly made the experience memorable. The standout: The staff. Their warmth, attentiveness and genuine interest in our day made it feel like more than just a restaurant. Robin even showed my son a few bar tricks! Bonus shoutout for the surprisingly excellent coffee each morning too – and that same apple juice for my son before we headed off to More Than Bakery. Room for improvement: Honestly, nothing springs to mind. It was consistently welcoming, whether we popped in for a coffee, lunch, or end-of-day wind-down. Would I return? Without hesitation. We were genuinely sad to leave – the staff here were such a big part of why The Knot felt like home. The verdict: 5 out of 5 stars – for the food, the drinks, the vibe… but mostly for the people. More Than Tapas is the heart of The Knot Hotel.

My family and I had dinner tonight, and the experience was so good! We were greeted by friendly waiters, but specifically one called Suguru, who reassured us on our Japanese, along with constantly refilling our water and clearing our plates with the other staff. We highly recommend it if you’re looking for somewhere with a great team, tasty food, and a chill atmosphere.
