A Chinese restaurant in the basement of a building at the foot of Kagurazaka. Tables line a calm space, it's run by staff from the cuisine's home country, and it was quite busy. The menu had several types of noodles and set meals, and I ordered 【高菜タン麺(塩)】880円 which arrived in about 5 minutes. It's a bowl of medium-thick noodles submerged in a cloudy white salt-based broth, topped with chopped takana and pork in a thickened sauce. Many takana noodle dishes these days have a soy sauce base, and I thought a salt-based broth would let me appreciate the takana flavor better, so it looked exactly as I'd hoped. However, this one had a fairly thick sauce and an unusual flavor reminiscent of peperoncino, with pronounced garlic and olive oil, giving it something of an Italian soup pasta impression. The garlic flavor made the takana taste like stir-fried takana. Though different from what I'd imagined, it was fragrant and delicious. The thick sauce thoroughly brought the takana, pork, and noodles together into a cohesive dish. The aroma, the takana's acidity and saltiness, and the sweetness of the pork fat kept me eating, and I finished it in no time. A fusion of Chinese and Italian cuisine could be interesting. I'd like to come back to try various other noodle dishes.

水漫庭 Taste 3.5, price 3.5, value for money 3.5. Authentic 麻婆豆腐 1,000円. Visited for lunch on a day off. An inexpensive, tasty place with good value for money. The 麻婆豆腐 comes out bubbling hot, and the spice level is just right. It also contains chunky pieces of meat, making it satisfying. A 1,000円 set meal in Iidabashi is rare these days. Would visit again. #ramen #ramen #cafe #神楽坂 #food #japanesefood #deliciousrestaurants #foodhopping #lunch #丸の内 #大手町 #飯田橋

A Chinese restaurant in the basement of a building in Kagurazaka. There are only table seats. All the staff are Chinese. At lunchtime, you can enjoy weekly rotating set meals, noodles, and other dishes at reasonable prices. I ordered the recommended 酸辣湯麺. It comes with almond pudding. It looks spicy, but the heat is moderate, with plenty of broth and toppings. The noodles are cooked to just the right firmness. At 880円, this is inexpensive. On another day, I had the 麻婆 set meal. The heat was moderate and suited to Japanese tastes, with plenty of meat and a generous portion. It was delicious and full of the benefits of medicinal cuisine.
