"三田製麺所 is a “tsukemen specialty restaurant” that opened its 1st location in 三田, 東京港区, in 2008. A small noodle-making machine, 1 in number, once stood on the third floor of the 三田 main store, giving the business its name. Through repeated trial and error there, the classic 『 濃厚豚骨魚介つけ麺』, loved for many years, was born. Now that we have expanded nationwide, we continue evolving daily as ambassadors for tsukemen, filling the stomachs and hearts of many people. ”Mita Seimenjo” opened its first location in Tokyo's Minato Ward in 2008, specializing in "tsukemen…

food was fine. I had the limited-time noodles with chicken and added an egg. I think they were missing a bit of seasoning, the flavor was pretty mild and I ended up adding a lot of extra chili, pepper, and salt. still a decent option if you’re looking for something quick.

We came across Mita Seimenjo while walking back to our hotel. We sat down and ordered the special Tsukemen. Not sure of what it was we were pleasantly surprised with our choice when it arrived. The soup is rich in flavour, and the noodles had a beautiful texture that made you want to eat more. You mix the soup and dip the ingredients into the stock. There is a pot of katso dashi/bonito broth on the counter for you to lighten your soup or make it to your liking. We ordered a side of chicken karage, and the chef kindly offered a complimentary piece, which was most welcomed. Our son had the katso dashi/ bonito flavoured ramen which he thoroughly enjoyed. Staff are friendly and helpful. A must try if you are in Kabukicho Shinjuku.

Spicy Miso Abura Soba was so good. Especially after adding garlic seven spices and Japanese three spices😍😘

Didn’t expect it to be so good! Highly recommended! Japanese dipping noodles are definitely worth a try, and here they’re very affordable—just 1000 yen. Be sure to try their grilled chicken skin skewers; they totally changed my view on skewers! ‼️They open till midnight‼️
