If you want to enjoy yakiniku in Shinjuku, come to 「味仙荘」. A yakiniku restaurant in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, a 3-minute walk from Shinjuku-sanchome Station. We offer carefully selected wagyu at reasonable prices, including A5-rank Hitachi beef bought as whole cattle, and we are popular with people who want to enjoy delicious yakiniku and wagyu in Shinjuku. We are also particular about quality control to bring out the meat's natural umami and the sweetness of its fat, so you can use us for a wide range of occasions, from everyday meals to special days. Another charm of 味仙荘 is our wide selection, from rare cuts to popular cuts, made possible precisely because we buy whole cattle, each offering a different texture and flavor. Highly rated by guests who want to savor wagyu in Shinjuku and by yakiniku lovers…

One of the best yakiniku experiences I’ve had in Shinjuku! The negi-tan (beef tongue stuffed with green onions) was absolutely delicious — juicy, flavorful, and easily one of the highlights of the meal. The pork toro was also excellent. It looked incredibly fresh and beautiful, and despite being nicely marbled, the fat wasn’t heavy at all. It had a light, slightly crisp texture and was surprisingly easy to keep eating. Another great thing about this place is how welcoming it is for international visitors. The staff told us they can communicate in Japanese, English, Hindi, and Nepali, so even if you don’t speak Japanese, you should feel comfortable ordering here. The restaurant was lively and full of both Asian and Western guests, giving it a fun, international atmosphere. If you’re visiting Tokyo or staying around Shinjuku and want to try really good Japanese yakiniku, I’d definitely recommend stopping by. Don’t miss the negi-tan!

A really nice cozy place to enjoy grilled meats, the menu can accommodate your level of appetite from super hungry or light snack. The meat is really good quality and staff very attentive. The Bibimbap was delicious as well. A very well priced and delicious place to eat.

My friend and I came in for the all you can eat yakiniku! We paid 2,500 (15.79 USD) each, and we ate SO much. The meal comes with radishes, kimchi, bean sprouts, spinach, miso soup, and unlimited sides, meat/veggies, and non-alcoholic drinks. It was a great atmosphere, and everything tasted amazing. 10/10 would go back.

This place is a gem! They serve good quality of wagyu and given its price point, it is value for money. We’re not expecting so much since we happened to pass by it on our way to our hotel but we were surprised when the wagyu was served - definitely exceeded our expectations. Tip: Their soup is good for 2-3pax. The staff is accomodating as well and can communicate in English. Hope more people get to dine in this restaurant!

Beef quality of what we ordered was beyond what we paid for. We ordered the 6 kinds of wagyu beef from the special menu and soups. It's simple and unassuming from the outside but I'm glad we saw it the night before on our way to our hotel. Tonight, instead of settling for Ginza prices, we thought to go back for this restaurant to try and it did not disappoint. Each bite was honestly good. Plus, the seawood soup was good to pair with the meat (ps. serving size is for sharing), the wasabi was fresh, and the staff were accommodating.
