We like hotel buffets but fancied a change. The weekend lunch was a good choice. There is a 3 course option and a 4 course option. The 4 course is surely too much. I found 3 courses was more than enough. The appetizer is fish based and includes an oyster which you have raw of fried. Everything thing was delicious. We asked to swap the desert for the egg dish which was accommodated. The egg Benedict was a triumph. We then had a brisket with mac’n’cheese and a brisket burger. American food at its finest.

Came here for a work dinner. The prices are very high for what you get. The quality was not bad but honestly from appetizer to desserts and all drinks are astronomical not to mention the service is not great at all. All in all the food was good but wouldn't come here privately as there are much better steak house even at the same price which provide superior service and quality.

Beautiful atmosphere within the Hilton Tokyo hotel to have dinner. The food itself here was decent but I have very high standards for steaks. The charcoal base the steak was served on overpowered the flavor of the actual meat. Too much of a burnt charcoal flavor. Especially given the high price of the steaks you would expect better. Service was very friendly and can easily converse in English with the staff. Tuna appetizer plate was quite good.

It was a real surprise to have such a great restaurant inside a hotel. We had the Wagyu, which was cooked to perfection by the chef. They also have a good selection of wine also which we indulged ourselves with. The service was also top-notch. We'd definitely go back if we stayed at the Hilton again.

The staff was helpful and friendly, the veggies, drinks and side dishes were very good. Main dish was ok. I was expecting something a little bit more exceptional considering the price tag. I was not wowed at all.
