Business hours are long, from 18:00 until 13:00 the next day, so we're also recommended for anyone who wants ramen late at night. The address is 1-11-3 Kabukicho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, 九石新歌舞伎町ビル 1F. The shop is on the 1st floor of this building. The phone number is 03-6822-7890. Our duck broth ramen features a soup rich with duck umami. The noodles are thin and cling well to the soup. We were lucky to get two seats right away, the staff was nice. It's written that it's cash only, you can order with the machine. Or you can also place the order with the staff and pay with Paypay. The broth and the duck meat was very nice, it came with a marinated egg and a wonton too and they're also great! Will definitely come back again.
View on GoogleExcellent duck Ramen. Clear broth with super umami. It’s a small shop in Shinjuku with about 10 seats. Open late we went 6am after drinking all night. A must stop in the area
View on GoogleDon't take kids here. For adults, the taste is a pleasant change from pork or chicken that is the base of most ramen. The duck fat was well balanced. And the thin noodles matched it perfectly. But your kids will most likely not appreciate this (two wasted bowls). Definitely skip the duck and leek rice bowl they offer for a variety of reasons.
View on GoogleRamen with duck meat that was special compared to other pork and seafood ramens. The duck meat was exceptional, perfectly cooked to have no meaty stink. The seating is very small and the restaurant is not the cleanest, so be aware as it can get crowded.
View on GoogleHands down, the best duck ramen I've ever had! The ramen was cooked to absolute perfection, with the noodles just the right texture, and the duck was incredibly tender. The broth? Packed with so much depth and flavor — I honestly can't put into words how good it was. The atmosphere of the place was fantastic, really cozy and welcoming. The service was top-notch, and even though I couldn't read Japanese at the ordering machine, some kind strangers helped me navigate it, which made the experience even better. For just 1,450 yen, this meal was incredibly affordable considering the quality. I would definitely recommend this spot to any ramen lover. Can't wait to go back!
