Ordered the limited-time 鶏白湯 ramen and 3 gyoza. Maybe because it isn't a regular menu item, the broth tasted half-baked and the noodles weren't to my liking either. The pan-fried gyoza were cold…. The price is the same as at a good ramen shop. Next time I'll choose 日高屋 along the same row.

Ordered their signature soy sauce chicken broth noodles. The chicken broth was actually really tasty, with a sweet aftertaste, but the noodles were awful, with absolutely no chew. One bite and you can tell they're standard machine-pressed wholesale stuff. No idea what the owner is thinking—just switching to handmade noodles would surely keep it from being like this. You're a ramen shop, after all, so please put a little more care into the noodles.

A chain operating mainly in the Kanto region. Since it uses a central kitchen, the quality should be fairly consistent across locations, but there are subtle differences. Compared with the 新橋 branch, the noodles at the 大久保 branch feel slightly softer, and the miso broth sometimes has lumps. I recommend the vegetable-packed とんさいラーメン, but at 950円 for miso とんさい, the price has certainly gone up quite a bit.

With the various promotions all starting on June 1, I caught the tail end of the May promotion. I thought the chicken broth was really tasty, while the noodles were fairly ordinary.

The こく旨醤油ラーメン tastes pretty ordinary, I suppose. Just １ sheet of nori about the size of seasoned nori, half a boiled egg with no flavor, char siu with no flavor either, and no lingering taste～ Unsatisfying.
