麺家さざんかMen Ie Sazanka
Our shop makes soup mainly from chicken carcasses and chicken feet. We use it to serve nostalgic chuka soba, original ramen, and limited-time ramen. Alcohol sprays are placed throughout, and an air sterilizer is installed on the ceiling. There are 3 ventilation fans in the seating area and a commercial ventilation system in the kitchen. Sazanka offers chicken and pork broth soup. Ramen is classic and original styles. The chef speaks English.

① Restaurant Features A ramen specialty shop located near Shinjuku Central Park. Counter seating only. Cash only. ② Food Review ◎ Special Ramen The chicken and seafood broth is well-balanced and delicious—you’ll find yourself drinking it all up. The noodles are yellow, curly noodles, cooked to a firm texture.
View on GoogleI went for lunch to this place. I did see the request to leave within 10 minutes of finishing the meal, to accommodate for guests during busy hours. I had just finished eating and poured myself a glass of water. When I was half way through, he shouted at me saying “you can see there are guests waiting and you have finished eating”, basically asking me to get out. Entire experience was so poor with the rude owner. Highly advise against going for below-average ramen and to avoid a terrible racist experience. Now I see other reviews and realize it was a mistake to go there. First and worst experience in Tokyo ever. Waiting for an arrogant and rude response from the owner as usual :D
View on GoogleDelicious. Firm noodles. Pork base but it doesnt smell porky, which means it was cleaned and cooked properly. Definitely would try again. I would get another bowl right now, but i have my daughter with me.
View on GoogleCozy ramen shop tucked around the corner from the main street. Wandered in on a Wednesday about 7:00 pm. Was immediately welcomed by staff. Ordered a bowl of ramen with a soft-boiled egg (¥800) and a side of gyoza (¥300). The soup was flavorful and well balanced. The noodles were a good texture with a nice bite to them. The egg was cooked with a perfectly gooey center, and the generously cut 1/2" thick slice of chashu was tasty and tender. The gyoza was golden and crispy on the bottom, while the rest of the skin was smooth and delicate. Clean, comfortable and well lit. 6 counter seats and 6 table seats. Music playing in the background from the 50s and 60s. (Think: The Beach Boys, Jerry Lee Lewis, The Moonglows.) I really liked the fact that I didn't leave smelling like my food. And the staff was so attentive and efficient that when I emptied my water jug into my glass, a new jug was brought over straight away without my asking. Tip: Bring cash for the meal ticket vending machine.
View on GoogleDelicious ramen. We had the traditional and the Miso versions. Both were excellent.
