We didn’t get to try the food here because we entered and as our toddler began to cry because he was hungry (other restaurants did not let us in with a child in the area) the lady told us to leave the place because he was crying! Even tho there were no other customers in the restaurant yet. Who does that to a child? Super disappointed at this place. In Italy this would never have happened as it is a very child centric country.

Good Teisyoku restaurant in Kagurazaka. You can have a lunch at a reasonable price.

A tucked-away restaurant on a back street near Kagurazaka Station. Customers were having lively meals at the tables, enjoying drinks and food. The atmosphere was completely different from lunchtime, which unsettled me a little, but the usual calm staff member welcomed me with a smile. The menu had pasta, pizza, and other dishes not served at lunchtime, so I had trouble deciding, but I ordered 【Peperoncino topped with sausage, spicy】1,100円+beer and it arrived in about 10 minutes. The portion looked small, but it was compactly arranged in a deep plate with a gigantic sausage on top, making a striking appearance that surprised me. Medium-thick spaghettini was sautéed with olive oil and sliced garlic, accompanied by a grilled sausage and chopped parsley. The peperoncino had a gentle saltiness and a light waft of garlic. The sausage, with its rich pork flavor, savory fat, and smoky aroma, went very well with it and kept the beer flowing. However, despite being labeled “spicy,” I could not detect any heat at all. Peperoncino is often sautéed with taka no tsume chilies, but even after finishing this one, I found none anywhere. The pasta was completely white and remained mild to the last bite. Since I don't dislike spiciness, it was a slight letdown, but it was still a thoroughly enjoyable pasta. The carbonara and pizza also looked delicious, so I would like to visit again.
