Great food presentation! Service, taste of the food & customer service are so so and do not match the price. Better to order the afternoon tea set at empty stomach as they will not support taking out (however, I rook out in my own way: wrapped with tissue & put in bag that they made me pay for). The area in which that Nina’s is located, is absolutely beautiful!

Beautiful place to have afternoon tea. Comfortable seating looking outside . Impeccable service by staff. Afternoon tea set was wonderful. I would absolutely come here again . My only complaint was the business advertised various forms of payments being accepted, to include Apple Pay and several forms of credit. Their credit machine would not work, nor would Apple Pay. My husband had to leave to go and get Yen to pay for our tea.

This place wasn’t welcome tourist AT ALL! We ordered drinks and waiting 1 menu for a long time and we need to go to the restaurant which we have made a reservation. When the last glasses came we asked politely to take away but the waitress who wear glasses said NO! (with the rude sound) and the same waitress were so rude when we call them to check the bill and she wasn’t understand what we have said. After that she went to talk to her colleagues and was laugh about what we’ve said while someone of our group were standing there, hear everything and understand Japanese. This lady (wear glasses) so rude. DONT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Pleasant casual tea salon. Low ceiling since it’s on the mezzanine of Odakyu Dept. Store. Just a nice place to meet and chat but not to impress anyone. Seasonal (Spring) Afternoon Tea Set was good but not great, pretty much meeting expectations for a low end ATS. For a light lunch for two you can get an ATS plus a sandwich with set drink.

Afternoon tea is relatively cheap and does not require a prior reservation. However, it is also pretty small. It is a snakc, it will not make you feel full. The vibe is fine, cute cafe but not very modern or new.
