Incredible charcoal-grilled fish! I tried the grilled fish set meal (teishoku) at Koganeya, and it was absolutely delicious. You can really taste the smoky flavor from the charcoal grill. The fish was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended for an authentic Japanese comfort food experience!

View on GoogleThere was a line out the door at 11:45, but people eat quickly and go, so we only waited about 10 mins (the employee who was selling bento outside let us know it would be quick). We ordered ahead so our food was ready almost as soon as we were seated. Bigger on inside than looks from outside. Excellent food, kind employees. Highly recommended if you like grilled fish.
