I ordered the “躍” platter for takeout, but it contained lean red meat that could hardly be called southern bluefin tuna chutoro. Also, when I went to pick it up, it was sitting at room temperature rather than being refrigerated despite it being summer, which raises hygiene concerns. I don't have much of a complaint about the taste, but considering the price, ordering delivery from Sushiro is far better value.

The staff are disappointing. A bunch of casual workers who failed to become proper working adults. Others have mentioned the customer service, but there's no point expecting that from people who never had a place or environment to receive training.

I ordered delivery around 18時50分, with an estimated arrival of 19時54分, but by 20時30分 there was still no contact or delivery. When I called the restaurant, an extremely clueless male staff member didn't even apologize and just said it might be another 10 minutes or so. To be safe, I asked for the delivery staff to update me on the current situation, but as expected there was no contact. A female delivery staff member eventually arrived, but her manner was careless, just saying, “Here you go.” A restaurant that can't even apologize for being late after I've waited 1 and a half hours. I'll never order again. Everyone, please be careful when using their delivery service. On top of wasting my valuable time, they left me feeling upset. Extremely disappointing.
