"Kaiten Sushi Misaki" is a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant where you can casually enjoy sushi made with our "Tokusei Aka Shari" (special red rice), using red vinegar made from sake lees aged mainly for over 2 years. Aka shari is characterized by its mellow acidity and depth, bringing out the natural umami of the toppings. In addition, thanks to temperature control at "skin temperature," you can fully enjoy the way it falls apart in your mouth and the flavor of the toppings. Above all, our signature topping, "Zeppin Hon Maguro," is an exquisite combination of carefully selected bluefin tuna and our special aka shari, letting you fully savor the sweetness of the bluefin tuna's fat and its rich umami. In addition to sushi, we also offer desserts, alcoholic drinks, and side dishes. We also accept sushi takeout orders…

I did not know this brand at all. But at the time I walked in, a realize it’s very clean and not loud, which is usually a case for a Kaiten Sushi. Ordere is placed from iPad and food will be delivered quickly. They now featured Maguro special; you can get five maguro sushi for 1500 Yen, which is a super nice deal. Besides, food quality is great. Fish is fresh , rice is warm, steamed egg is delicious. Everything is right. Not necessarily comparing to other brands, but I think this place outgrows Sushiro and Kura. I would definitely visit it again.

Delicious! A great find in the Takadanobaba neighborhood. As many have noted, this conveyor belt sushi is a bit more expensive than other ones like Kura or Sushiro, but I still find the price reasonable. We ordered takeout, and it only took 20 min! I loved the fast, efficient service that they provided. Our order was crab miso gunkan, salmon, torobincho (fatty albacore), red shrimp, red sea bream, kohada, vinegared mackeral, and plum cucumber. And a side of fried octopus. The total was around ¥2800. For me, it is more expensive than other chain sushi places in Japan, but I thought the fish quality was fresh and tasty and the preparation was beautiful. IMHO, the overall quality is better than Kura and Sushiro. I loved the firmness of the rice and tang of the red vinegar seasoning. This is a good place for sushi if you are willing to spend a bit more. And it is still cheaper than what I can get back home (USA). At home, this sushi would cost me $75 (~¥11,715).
