Everything was perfect. I went in evening for dessert and waited no more than 3 minutes. I had a matcha latte (was not on the dessert menu bout was able to ask thanks to other reviews before mine) Worth getting!!!! My first matcha latte was excellent! The strawberry tarte tea set with gyokuro tea was nicely paired. The ambiance was nice. Go in the evening if you can the walk is lovely.

Arrived around 11:10am on a Saturday and was 12th in line (printed a ticket from the ticket machine). Was seated around 11;50am. They seat tables really slowly but the food comes out fast. Ordered a 12 small dish set and a hojicha latte. Both were delicious. Rice and miso soup have free refills.

I stopped by Kagurazaka Saryo at Shibuya Scramble and ordered their green tea parfait, noting that there can be a 30-minute to one-hour wait if you want window seating, which I do recommend. From the window, you get a bird’s-eye view of Shibuya Crossing without needing to go to other observation spots. The parfait itself was well layered, with green tea ice cream, jelly, crunchy elements, red bean, and mochi, making it enjoyable both in texture and flavour. It wasn’t overly sweet either, and paired nicely with the view and atmosphere. Factoring in the food quality, the setting, and the price, I’d give it an 8.5/10.

Went with my son for dessert. We got the Sakura Mont Blanc and a matcha ice cream sampler. The seasonal Sakura dessert was amazing and beautifully presented. The matcha ice creams were very very good and tasted like their respective varieties of teas. May have to visit again before leaving Tokyo.
