Our soba is juwari (100% buckwheat) soba, stone-ground in-house. You can savor the true aroma and flavor of soba. Our top-grade dashi, made from katsuobushi karebushi honbushi, is also prepared in-house. In the evening, enjoy fresh sashimi, including raw bluefin tuna delivered directly from Toyosu, over 30 carefully selected kinds of sake, and seasonal à la carte dishes. Our signature tempura is available in a wide range, from single pieces to assorted platters. Whether you're dining solo or in a group, at night you can enjoy us just like an izakaya. *Private-hire plans are limited to courses with all-you-can-drink.

If you are looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience that perfectly bridges the gap between a cozy pub and a refined noodle house, this spot is an absolute must visit. This place captures the true essence of a traditional Soba Izakaya, where the meal is a slow and deliberate journey rather than just a quick bite. The experience began with their selection of Otsumami, the traditional Japanese appetizers designed to be enjoyed with drinks. Every small plate we ordered was a masterpiece of seasonal flavors. It is rare to find a place that puts as much effort into their side dishes as they do into their main course. The balance of salty, savory, and fresh notes in their appetizers really sets the stage for what is to come. However, the real star of the show is undoubtedly the Soba. You can tell immediately that the noodles are handmade with great care. The buckwheat aroma is prominent and earthy, and the texture has that perfect firmness that only high quality Soba can achieve. Dipping the noodles into the rich and savory tsuyu sauce was a highlight of my evening. To finish the meal, they served warm Sobayu, the water used to boil the noodles, which you mix with the remaining dipping sauce. It is a comforting and traditional way to end the feast that leaves you feeling completely satisfied. The atmosphere of the shop is another reason to visit. It has a rustic and warm charm that makes you want to linger for hours. The staff members are attentive and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the perfect sake to complement your choice of food. Even though the quality is top notch, the vibe remains welcoming and unpretentious. Whether you are here for a long night of drinking and snacking or just a bowl of world class noodles, this restaurant delivers on every front. It is a true sanctuary for food lovers who appreciate the finer details of Japanese craftsmanship. I will definitely be returning soon to see what seasonal specials they have next.

Delicious food!!! Loved it here, very sweet little restaurant that were very kind to us. Had an English menu and we were very accommodating for us who didn’t speak any Japanese. Large portions, highly recommend the Hot soba, ended up going back a second time because it was that good. Definitely recommend!! Also inclusive vegetarians!!

I tried this Soba restaurant operated by a Japanese travel company. They offer nice soba sets (besides a la carte options), but also rice bowl meals and more. All the ingredients taste very fresh and healthy. Slightly more expensive than the average chain soba restaurant, but still very reasonable (prices for a set range from 800 to 1500 JPY), if you happen to visit Tokyo it is definitely a nice lunch option!
