Noodles: 4⭐️ Soup(Sauce ): 3⭐️ Egg: bit expensive has to order separately 4⭐️ Meat: grilled meat 4⭐️ Other Toppings: fish powder/ sea weed/ veggies/ garlic 3⭐️ For 1100JPY, the size is pretty small even for a girl. I was waiting for a while coz the busy lunch time but the taste didn’t surprise me. Feel like it’s a bit overrated. But not bad.

An all-time favorite maze soba spot. They claim to be the original, and it shows in the taste. The ingredients are mixed to perfection, and the meat is super tender. Add a little vinegar to taste and you have an absolutely delicious meal. As others have commented, there’s usually a wait, but it’s not bad. The staff is friendly and helpful. A must try in Tokyo.

This is my favorite place in Tokyo for food. It’s a must visit at least once in every trip to Tokyo. The noodles’ quality is amazing, the prok is so tender and with all the add ons and the spicy minced meat this bowl is heavenly addictive. You can ask for rice once you finish your noodles, so you can enjoy all the goodie sauce left on the bottem.

Outstanding Maze Soba (dry) ramen - an absolutely delightful bowl of goodness, it’s so yummy you’ll keep dreaming about it! Service was super friendly and helpful - no English menu but hands-on support from the staff to get your order tickets out of the machine! Off the beaten track - you’ll be walking through a few suburban streets to get there - but it’s totally worth it! Get there a few minutes before opening time for shorter lines!

Damn good noodles in shinjuku away from the tourist area. There can be a wait but the line moves fast. Note that English is limited, though if ordering the main dishes without variations it isn't too difficult (vending machine style).
