Good food and service! We ordered a lot of food and all of it was good. It’s a garlic oriented restaurant. We got the carpaccio, baguette, garlic toast, fried garlic, salad with nuts, skirt steak, rice with garlic and whitefish (pass for me) camembert cheese with garlic (came with bread) decant wine. All in all everything was good, I’d definitely recommend the steak, carpaccio, salad, cheese and wine. The rest was a pass for me personally. It was a lot of garlic, which was fine wasn’t too strong or anything. Maybe needed some more flavours to keep it from being monotonous. Would recommend for certain dishes only, there’s also a cover charge of about 600 per person. Reservation is required
View on GoogleA garlic lover’s restaurant! Each dish is full of garlic and super flavorful. We ordered the standard course which contains 5 items: a soft yet crispy garlic bread, a roasted whole garlic, ceviche, garlic scallops, meat dish of your choice (we had the pork), pasta of your choice (we had the lasagna) and a dessert (we had a surprisingly good garlic ice cream. A big recommendation for any garlic lover! It’s a small cozy restaurant so I do recommend making a reservation in advance.
View on GoogleWe had such a great dinner here. Initially we were turned away as there wasn’t space for our group of 5. The hostess found us in the street and said we could wait a few minutes and have a table, so we did. We tried 8 items from the menu and 5 different cocktails. Everything was excellent. The food, drinks and service were top notch and we can’t wait to return.
View on GooglePrompt: Write a 100-word essay about the Hajime no Ippo restaurant in Shinjuku. Answer: The Hajime no Ippo restaurant in Shinjuku is a themed dining experience inspired by the famous boxing manga and anime series. It combines Japanese cuisine with the energetic spirit of the boxing world, creating an atmosphere where fans can enjoy food while celebrating their favorite characters and moments. The restaurant represents determination, passion, and the fighting spirit shown throughout the series. With unique decorations, themed dishes, and a memorable environment, it offers visitors a fun way to connect with the world of Hajime no Ippo. If you want me to polish it more, change the tone, or make it more detailed, I can help. If you really need too, I could also make this less 'AI' than it is right now.
View on GoogleBeware: only for garlic lovers! This is listed in Google maps as an Italian restaurant, but it's a specialty garlic-oriented restaurant. Probably not the best place for a first date 😂 The food itself is not bad, but I do find it was not exceptional. Also, garlic in everything gets very old, very quickly. There's no balance because of it. They even have garlic cocktails. Even if disregarding the issue of too much garlic, I didn't feel the quality was extremely high. The "Italian" tag is a stretch. It's a lot more like Italian-inspired Japanese food.
