We absolutely loved this place! In our opinion, it's one of the best seafood buffets we've experienced anywhere in the world. The selection is incredible, with everything from freshly prepared cooked dishes to seafood you can grill yourself right at your table. Our group of seven visited twice during our trip—once for Saturday dinner and again for weekday lunch. Dinner was extremely busy, so reservations are definitely recommended. Even with reservations, we waited about 10 minutes before being seated. Lunch on a weekday was much quieter, and we were able to walk right in without a reservation. The food impressed us so much that we came back for a second meal. Every dish we tried was fresh and delicious, and there wasn't a single disappointment. The photos speak for themselves! We enjoyed it so much that we've already recommended this restaurant to all of our friends visiting Tokyo. The service was excellent throughout both visits. The staff was friendly, attentive, and quick to clear away empty plates, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is located in a high-rise building, so you'll need to take the elevator to reach it. Overall, this is a must-visit seafood buffet in Tokyo, and we can't wait to return.

Lunched at famous *Ginza Happo - Shinjuku Seafood Buffet Dining 銀座八芳 Shinjuku Branch* seafood buffet ¥13000 for 120 min, ¥16000 for 150 minutes, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks! We came on Wednesday (late May) 11:40am, and there’s no wait at all. Atmosphere - nice, roomy and clean! Service - friendly, patient and care for details! Food - Excellent! Mountains of high quality fresh crabs, shellfish, sashimi and meats! Definitely seafood lovers’ heaven! Raw sashimi, sweet shrimps, scallops were so delicious! Had so much fun to BBQ our own scallops, abalones, oysters, clams and wagyu beef! Cooked items like Peking Duck, Shark Fin Soup and more-more were not downplayed, they were all carefully prepared and presented! Even the fruits were so sweet and delicious! Happo was very generous and continued to refill the seafood mountains. Highly recommended 😋😋😋 … and we returned for second visit after 2 weeks ✌️✌️✌️

I booked a table for the first slot right when they opened, so it wasn’t crowded at all. The selection was massive—they basically had everything you could think of, from grilled meats to fresh seafood. The flavors were pretty standard, but we really enjoyed the variety and the great vibe with our group of friends. The service was solid, too. It’s definitely on the pricey side, though.

If you’re looking for the ultimate seafood buffet in Tokyo, Ginza Happo in Shinjuku is an absolute must-visit. This was honestly one of the most unforgettable dining experiences of our trip to Japan. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The restaurant has a vibrant atmosphere, and everything was beautifully organised despite the incredible variety of food on offer. The seafood selection was simply phenomenal. There was an endless array of incredibly fresh crab, prawns, oysters, scallops, sushi, sashimi and so many other premium seafood options. Every bite tasted exceptionally fresh and showcased the incredible quality Japan is famous for. One of the biggest highlights was being able to cook premium Wagyu beef and fresh seafood at our own table. Watching the beautifully marbled Wagyu sizzle on the grill before melting in your mouth was an experience in itself. The quality of both the seafood and Wagyu was outstanding and exceeded every expectation. The buffet also featured an impressive range of Japanese favourites, fresh vegetables, delicious side dishes and an incredible dessert selection, ensuring there was something for everyone. Everything was constantly replenished, beautifully presented and maintained to the highest standard. What impressed us most was the quality. Unlike many buffets, every item tasted fresh, premium and carefully prepared. It never felt like a typical buffet, it felt like dining in a high-end restaurant with unlimited access to some of Japan’s finest ingredients. The staff deserve special recognition for their exceptional service. They were warm, welcoming, attentive and always happy to assist with a smile, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. If you’re visiting Tokyo and love seafood, Wagyu and authentic Japanese dining, Ginza Happo is an experience you simply can’t miss. It offers incredible value, outstanding quality and memories that will stay with you long after your meal. Without question, this is one of the best seafood buffets we’ve ever experienced, and we’ll definitely be returning on our next trip to Japan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended!

Saw this place everywhere on Instagram and had to give it a try. I went to both the Ginza and shinjuku location while in japan. If you love king crab, Wagyu beef, and all you can drink this place is for sure worth its hype. For an all you can eat the seafood is really fresh and you grill it at your table. If you don’t drink anything until the end you definitely get your moneys worth. Place is clean and organized so the food you want is really easy to find. Recommend making a reservation cause it does get really busy.
