If you're looking for fresh, affordable conveyor belt sushi, Ganso Sushi is a great spot to check out. The sushi is consistently fresh, and the prices are reasonable for the quality. A standout dish is the assorted tuna plate (Magurozannmai) — highly recommended for tuna lovers. The restaurant was bustling around 6 PM, but turnover was quick, so seats opened up frequently. The staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the pleasant dining experience. Perfect for a casual sushi fix without breaking the bank.

If you are looking for *FAST* and *CHEAP*. I've been to a LOT of sushi spots, this is very low quality. I could only eat 1 plate because it looks like a lot of the plates have been sitting out for a long time. A japanese couple that entered at same time as me did not even eat a plate and walked out after sitting. The service is good though...

Excellent sushi for excellent prices. If what you want is not on the carousel you can ask the chef, he will prepare it right away. This place became one of my favorites in Shinjuku district. Sushi is very high quality and prices are reasonable. Staff is nice and friendly, atmosphere is lovely and they play wonderful traditional music, never too loud. I can't recommend this restaurant enough! Their sake is pretty good as well.

We payed 7000 for 2 persons for many delicious plates and two delicious soups. 3 beers. The quality was very good and there were many different kinds constantly being put out on the conveyor belt. The chefs were friendly and so was the staff. Overall a very good and fun experience.
