Fromatique
A place to enjoy raclette and fondue, cheese dishes long loved in France's Savoie region near the Swiss border. The restaurant's name, フロマティック, combines the French word for cheese, fromage(fromages), and the French word for a small shop, boutique(boutique). Booking through the official website & using カグラザカード offers the best value.

Save your money. We were seated under an AC vent that made our cheese hard and inedible within minutes. Despite seeing other tables with perfectly melted cheese, the staff refused to help us properly. When we asked them to turn down the AC, they complied for a moment, only to blast it even higher while we were still eating, as if they were punishing us. I was freezing the entire time and ended up getting a fever because of it. I couldn’t shake the feeling that the staff was being racially motivated in how they treated us—it felt like they were intentionally targeting us because of our race. No customer should be treated this way. This was a miserable experience, and I am appalled by their discriminatory conduct.
View on GoogleThe cheese is very good but the sides were disappointing. Corn, red pepper, carrot... are not the best side dishes with a raclette (and fondue). So we had to order extra ham.
View on GoogleAs a Moonie since 1998, I had to visit here. The food is amazing. Service is top notch. It definitely helps to know some 日本語 while ordering or interacting, too. Thanks so much!
View on GoogleBest fondue experience we've had since I don't know when. Wonderful atmosphere, and good wine selection. Several fondue set menus available, including an 'all you can eat' raclette option. Well worth a visit if you're pining for a European cheese-fest!
View on GoogleOk so in reality no restaurant is perfect but I found that one at random with friends and we are fans of fondue Savoyarde. We were surprised by how generous they are with the cheese and having unlimited side dishes (potatoes, vegetables, bread) was really appreciated. The service was good and we showed to the main waiter how a raw egg is usually used to finish the fondue. So he ran to the kitchen to brought one for us for free. He was delighted how it turned out and joked that he would serve it in the menu from now on. We only tested the fondue but as they are rare in Tokyo we thought it was a nice spot. Recommended 👌
