I have been a great fan of Freshness when they had branches in Singapore.. it's great to eat them here again in Japan. I love this branch with it's wide selection of mains and side .Drinks menu spoils you too. Lots of condiment on the side to choose from. Burger are juicy and there is a burger or a hotdog for everyone.

Definitely a must try! There's no other freshness burger chains in the world so it was my first time to give it a try. I was satisfied. Patty was so tender, juicy and flavorful. Buns were fresh and soft! (They're not burnt!) Veggies used were so delicious. It gives an awesome flavor. Lemonade was sooooo sour 😅 Food Serving was enough. I got so full after eating the whole burger. Their menu were in japanese but with pictures so you can just point whatever u like 😅. It will be helpful to know nihongo so u can understand whatever it says. Service was really prompt! We got our orders in less than 5 minutes. Awesome burger experience!!!

Their Wagyu Burger is outstanding—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection, with a rich umami taste that sets it apart from typical fast-food burgers. The ingredients are fresh, and you can really taste the difference. Another highlight is their Churros, which are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly dusted with cinnamon sugar.

Come to freshness burger every time I visit Japan for the chicken burgers! The chicken wasn't as juicy this time, maybe because we came later in the evening, but it was still great for a fast food burger. The scallop burger was amazing.
