3.5/5 for just tiramisu. Haven't tried their other food. I've tried their lemon tiramisu and earl grey tiramisu. They're disappointing because there are not enough ladyfingers, and also doesn't really feel like or taste like tiramisu except the name... the flavor also isn't very strong for what they're flavored after, but they're very pretty, and the staff have always been nice. Might come back someday to try their food for lunch.
View on GoogleWe ordered the Corto course. My wife cannot have the fresh fish carpaccio, so the chef served deep fried fish, which was better than expected. The carpaccio itself was fresh, but the sauce was quite sour with coarse salt grains. 2 pasta plates were salty. The roast pork was juicy and fragrant. The dessert was fine, and the decoration plate for our anniversary was nicely done. Overall, the portion was quite small. The service could be improved, I hope that the staff would be more polite and careful.
View on GoogleWe accidentally found this Italian place yesterday in Takadanobaba. This place reminds me of my dining experience in Paris. The food was heaven; everything is fresh and exquisite. The chef also came to us to say hello. I did not expect that in Japan at all, so it was a nice surprise with personal touch. We enjoyed the food and ambiance very much. This restaurant is a perfect venue for those who want to enjoy foods and conversation in relaxing mood. The price is average for dinner of this type of restaurant. It’s not for student budget.
View on GoogleIt can be tricky to find excellent coffee on Japan. This place nails it. They also sell superb cakes and, at lunch time, delicious pork sandwiches. Really nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Go here instead of the Starbucks two doors down.
View on GoogleThe Flattoria provides two means of enjoyment: a semi-romantic Italian restaurant with delicious food and good service, and an equally tasty bakery with cakes and other baked treats to enjoy and share with others. I have partaken of both several times and I look forward to returning again.
