I've been listening to the reputation of this shop, but the 回鍋肉 is too greasy.

price is cheaper compare to other local food with big portion. Owner can speak a little bit English.

Just the flavor you crave when you want it!! Generous portions and reasonable prices. The place isn't spacious, but people who seem to be regulars keep coming and going. The cook's movements are efficient, and even when it's busy, the food comes out without a wait. The atmosphere might not be to everyone's taste, but overall it's a very satisfying place!!

『えぞ松 神楽坂店』 is a Chinese restaurant near the entrance to 神楽坂, with 飯田橋駅 as its nearest station. It's an old-fashioned, well-worn place with mainly counter seating. I ordered its top recommendation, the 回鍋肉（ホイコーロー）set meal for 680円. Depending on how busy it is, the 回鍋肉 set comes out with Chinese soup in less than 10 minutes after ordering. The seasoning is fairly strong, but the cabbage is thoroughly cooked, and the 回鍋肉 ingredients and rice are served on one plate, letting the sauce coat everything deliciously. Fast! Cheap! And generous portions too, with plenty of other menu items suited to students and men. Next time, I want to try the fried rice.

I had a large serving of 回鍋肉. The place has a sense of history, slightly brusque staff, and a cramped interior, which all give it character. It's perfect when you want to stuff yourself with tasty food at a fairly low price. If you don't mind a place with this kind of distinctly masculine vibe, give it a try.
