Enjoying a nostalgic, old-fashioned atmosphere where experienced chefs show off their skills at the long-established izakaya 'Donjaka Suehiro-dori'. Celebrities also visit secretly♪ At our shop, you can enjoy over 200 signature menus◎ [Original Bread Gratin] is a very popular menu among women. The combination of the sweetness of the bread and the melting cheese is exquisite. We also offer many other a la carte dishes, and we have a selection of delicious drinks that go perfectly with the delicious food. In addition to all-you-can-drink, we recommend the 'Kikizake' where you can enjoy comparing 3 types of sake♪ 《1 minute walk from Exit C4/C5 of Shinjuku-sanchome Station on the Toei Shinjuku Subway Line》 Good old-fashioned atmosphere♪ Full of energy...

Donjaka is exactly the kind of Japanese izakaya that makes Shinjuku nightlife so enjoyable! The atmosphere is very casual, lively and full of local character. There are so many different small dishes on the menu, from traditional Japanese snacks to more creative comfort food. The prices are very reasonable, which make it easy to order many things and share with friends. I love izakayas like this! It is not fancy or luxury, but that is exactly the charm of this place. A great spot for drinks, casual dinner and enjoying the real Japanese izakaya culture in Shinjuku Sanchome.

Today, annual dinner with seniors from my previous job. I went to Donjaka Suehiro-dori, a place I handled when I was working and still visit 2-3 times a month. The menu pasted all over the wall is a typical Donjaka sight with a row of 'food that goes well with alcohol'. Because I love the company, first of all, I drank Super Dry to my heart's content. Dish 1: Ham & Egg. A dish I always order at an izakaya. Of course, I'm a sauce person. Dish 2: Sashimi 3-kind platter. It was supposed to be 3 kinds, but I noticed it was served with 6 kinds. I enjoyed it while thanking the shop for the service. Dish 3: Thai-style vermicelli salad (senior's choice). Contains coriander. I don't like vegetables so I don't like coriander, the shrimp looks delicious. Dish 4: Corn kakiage. When you sprinkle honey, the flavor explodes at once. The sweetness and savory taste are the best. Dish 5: Stir-fried shrimp and egg with chili sauce. The spiciness is mild, and it goes perfectly with scrambled eggs. A dish with irresistible shrimp flavor. Dish 6: Green chili fried rice. Just the right amount for the end. It's fluffy and smells good, delicious until the end. Every menu goes well with alcohol, so every time it's brought to the table, the fun increases. Popular izakayas have everything perfect: food, drinks, and staff. Today was a great dinner. Thank you for the meal.
