Our day was awesome before we stepped into this restaurant. It all happened when the waitress escorted us our seats and we ordered some dishes as usual. Then came along a dish, cabbage with some kind of soy sauce for us which we didn't order and thought it was complimentary. When we got our bill, the amount on the receipt didn't add up. After the waitress explained to us, we found out there was a service charge of 270 yen per person for the cabbage dish. I never heard of any service charge in all the restaurants I have been to. Also, we got another charge called GW (golden week) charge because it is a holiday week in Japan. I asked one of the staff if this GW fee charge is common to the restaurants in the area. He honestly said that this restaurant is the only one that charges GW fees. I'm totally not impressed and never come back again PS: 3 of us went and we got charged 270yen per person which is 810 yen in total. Another 5% for the GW fees.

気取らず手軽に串カツが楽しめるお店。 シンプルな串カツで、特筆することは特にないけれど、庶民の味を楽しめます。 種類は多く、お値段が安いので、いろいろな串が食べられて嬉しいです。 お得なセットもあるので、まずそれを頼んで、お腹に余裕があれば、セットにない串をアラカルトで頼むのがコスパいいと思います。 他にも一品料理や〆の料理も充電しています。 オーダーはタブレットでするスタイルですが、紙のメニューも用意してあり選びやすくて良いです。

飲み放題があり、価格的には嬉しいモンテローザのお店です。 しかし飲み放題のオーダー制のシバリが厳しい、串屋なのに何本頼んでもカウントが無いらしく、頼みたく無い他の注文がマストになる。 また説明をされている女性の方も何を話しているかわからない、とても残念でした。

昔は提供スピードも早く、串カツ揚げたてで美味しく、席は少しガヤガヤしてるくらいかな？って感じで結構好きでした！ 久しぶりに行くとまっっっったく料理や飲み物が来ないくなってしまってガッカリ😞

美味しい串カツとお酒が楽しめました。 少ないですがデザートメニューがあったのも嬉しいポイントです。 店内は広めでした。
