One of the most famous niboshi (dried fish) ramen located in a quiet residential area Went there at around 6pm on a weekday and there was no queue. The vending machine only accepts cashless payment but it does not accept IC cards (Suica, Pasmo etc); luckily I can pay with cash at the counter The soup is brimming with the flavour of niboshi and the standard low hydrated noodles go well with the soup. The shop also offers different types of charsiu Overall, a very enjoyable bowl of ramen (More on Instagram: Gaga.bichon)

It was about 11:45 a.m. and there were three people waiting. A staff member checks the situation in the restaurant and asks you to buy a meal ticket. The ticket machine is cashless and accepts credit cards, transportation IC cards, PayPay, etc. ◎Special Pure Niboshi Soba 1150 yen The soup is delicious with the concentrated flavor of niboshi (dried sardines). Two kinds of chashu pork are also served in the broth to enhance the flavor. The noodles are thin, hard-boiled, and do not lose out to the punch of the dried sardines. Chicken oil dressed egg (half-size) 150 yen Soba noodle without soup, served with boiled noodles mixed with sauce, minced meat, and niboshi powder. The chicken oil, niboshi powder, and sauce are perfectly seasoned. ◎Rice with pork shoulder 300 yen The sweetly simmered pork shoulder is delicious and makes for a delicious rice dish.

My favourite ramen in Tokyo, a rich, tasty broth, and very tasty ingredients. A typical restaurant, with quickly delivered food and quick turnover. Use the machine in the corner to order (in Japanese).

Great Niboshi Ramen, they have 2 type of Ramen : Standard Niboshi Ramen and Niboshi Ramen with Pork Backfat. If you love Niboshi and thin noodle you can order the Standard one, but if you prefer thicker noodle with milder soup you should choose the Backfat one. Their 和え玉 is also amazing.
