中華長崎ちゃんぽん まるしん本店Chuka Marushin Nishi-Shinjuku
~Chuka Marushin Nishi-Shinjuku Store~ As a town Chinese that you can easily drop by in the Nishi-Shinjuku area, we would like you to consider our shop "Marushin Main Store". As a long-established store founded in 1970, it has been loved for many years, and we offer dishes centered on homemade noodles that have been passed down and broth that the store manager is particular about. We value a casual atmosphere that is easy for anyone to enter, and it can be used in a wide range of situations from single person to group use. Champon, which is our shop's signature menu, is a cup that firmly draws out the umami of seafood and vegetables, layering broth carefully taken from kelp, bonito, dried sardines, shiitake mushrooms, etc., based on paitan soup. Intertwining with homemade noodles is also good...

This place has been around for a very long time. It’s both a typical Japanese-style Chinese cuisine resto but they also carry some items unique to them. Perhaps most famous is their champon. There is a spicy version of the champon, which I most definitely enjoyed. I’m goad my kohai who works around Shinjuku brought me here for a great reasonably priced lunch!
