Lovely food, and super clean restaurant and the staff were amazingly helpful as we didn't know what we were doing. The process is, you are given a bowl, which you fill with veggies, mushrooms, meats etc, from a huge choice. It is weighed and you pay ¥400 per 100g. You're asked which sauce you'd like and there are some free noodles to add at the end. This goes off to the kitchen, to be made into a delicious noodle dish. The classic sauce was my choice. There is a side table where you take a small bowl(s) and fill with sauces and fine chopped leaks and onion to eat with your noodle hot pot. Be careful some of the oils are super spicy. Free water is provided but other drinks are available to buy. You'll be given a buzzer to alert you when the hot pot is ready. Enjoy!
