Amazing wife and husband run operation with great burgers and amazing attention to detail. From the moment you walk in, it’s almost like you are family :) I had the bacon jalepeno cheeseburger with blue cheese and yes. It’s massive (this is the smallest size) The French onion soup 10/10 And i chose to try the pulled bbq beef (appetizer size 550¥) I would highly recommend this spot. Lots of fun and lots of character.

It was around 5pm, I was walking nearby, but had eaten lunch already at 15.30 (fatty ramen). The smell of grilled hamburger patty was irresistable, so after a brief hesitation I walked up and entered the restaurant, for a 2nd lunch. I tried the cheesburger and it was lovely. Grilled medium, just the way I liked it. I devoured it in 2-3min. Haha. Nothing fancy, just a plain ole' burger, done properly. The place is run by a couple who had worked in the US for 5 years. Loved the interior, it's cozy, american vintage, and the service was also kind. Waiting time was a bit long, I waited 20min for my burger, but there was a couple before me. Recommended.

The Best Burger You Almost Walked Past 👍 Castle Rock in Shinjuku is a hidden gem that’s easy to miss but worth finding for its juicy burgers and tender spareribs. The portions are small for the price, but the flavor and quality make up for it. Friendly, attentive service and a quiet atmosphere make it a spot I’ll return to.

Hidden gem in the middle of Tokyo, the burger was absolutely delicious and the service was really good, the staff was very nice. The vibe was okay and honestly quite chill. Definitely check it out if you’re looking for a nice gourmet-like burger!

I'm not sure why there are so many reviews stating the staff is rude. I've dined here a few times and the owners are always very kind to me. I keep coming back because I want to try the Foie Gras burger, but they kindly explained they're currently unable to import it. Anyways, I ordered the pulled beef burger with jalapenos and sour cream. It was AMAZING. Probably the best pulled beef I've had in Japan. The buns were buttered and grilled, very delicious. I deducted one star due to the prices. They're quite expensive and the topping are quite expensive, but the food was great. They also have some craft beer at average Tokyo prices.
