We enjoyed the food....nice and authentic. Although i like my pasta to be cooked just a little bit more, so easier for me to chew. The mushroom tomato cream base pasta was the pick of the crop

Not recommended for lunch. I visited around late lunch time (13:30). The ordered pasta was good and hot. The drinks were ok too. What really let this venue down is the service attitude & Buffett. French fries are cold. Pizza is luke warm 3x in a row. Salad bar is very basic. There is no (or very little) service & hospitality spirit. The staff doesn't announce when they place or refresh buffett items. For inbound visitors coming to Japan and finding this "quality" in an international appealing hotel is like showing yourself not from the best side. No interest in coming back ! For around 2000 yen lunch you should expect more !

Came here for lunch on a normal Wednesday at 1215 and it was quite busy. Opted for the buffet pasta lunch which come with 1 pasta dish and all you can eat pizza, potato fries, salad bar and drink bar for 1300 yen. Ordered the eggplant and meat sauce pasta which was ok but others looked better. Buffet was decent for price. Worth going.

Nice restaurant in the hotel's food hall. The food was decent and Italian, so a nice palate cleanser before going out into town for all the traditional Japanese food.

Portion is massive 🤩👍ordered the set. lucky never add on other sides. Just nice 👌🏻
