It's a good place to study or work since they provide free Wi-Fi and charging spots at some tables. The drinks are a bit pricey, but you can think of it as a fee for the seat and for using the free WiFi. I ordered the demiglace sauce omurice, but the sauce was too salty, so it was difficult to finish. The omurice itself was delicious, though.
View on GoogleLike everything in this world, it all comes down to expectation management. You can safely just ignore every one star review, I read them all. They achieve everything they set out to. You'll notice all the low reviews are basically talking about takeout, when, drinks are "expensive" because they include the cost of the seat you can sit in for hours. The customer service might be less then you'd expect compared to alternatives, but alternatives have a third of the seats if not less. Spend 1250 yen, get free wifi, power outlets, and a comfortable environment for hours. And, on top of that you have quick access to a fresh drink, food, dessert, on call? Maybe international travelers are subconsciously put off by the more western atmosphere and music? You're going to low volume comfort business and asking, why aren't you as fast and attentive as a high volume one? It makes sense why the pie is their most popular
View on GoogleA comfortable place with good service and powerplug. Good for people who want to study, do some work for an hour. Staff was also very kind. Price is a little high (for a 屯田兵 like me who lives in Hokkaido ), but it is near shinjiku station, so it is normal i guess.
View on GoogleI think this is the worst coffee shop I’ve ever been to. First of all, when you walk in, nobody comes to greet or assist you. Maybe that’s supposed to be part of the concept of the place, I’m not sure, but when I turned left and tried to sit on one of the sofa seats, every single sofa was torn and the cushions were damaged. The moment I sat down, my body just sank awkwardly into the seat. The staff were also extremely unfriendly. I asked for some water, but it took them forever to bring it. And unbelievably, a simple blended coffee cost 1,200 yen. The location isn’t even that good, so I honestly don’t understand why it’s so expensive. I completely picked the wrong place to come to.
View on GoogleIt's an ideal spot for remote work, offering fast Wi-Fi, ample electric plugs, and comfortable seating. The atmosphere is relaxed yet energetic, perfect for productivity. The menu features delicious, though not cheap, options like fresh salads, sandwiches, and excellent coffee, making it a great work-friendly café.
