Very good café. We loved the egg toast for breakfast, and the mocha coffee was delicious too. The waffles with whipped cream were huge! If you’re visiting with kids, they don’t mind if you share a waffle with them, which we really appreciated.
View on Google•○ I brought the Nutella waffle and a strawberry smoothie. There is a lot of cream and I hadn't realised that the Nutella was on the bottom half of the waffle below the cream. It was a nice snack for 800円 (for the waffle) and i would recommend for anyone feeling peckish ○•
View on GoogleAn unbelievably bad experience. I ordered a 900 yen waffle. Look at what’s inside! One kilo of Nutella already costs 1500 yen! Normally they serve it with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and Oreo, but I asked for Nutella instead of those. Despite that, this is how much they gave. The Korean guy working there shamelessly said this was already more than normal. The waffle itself was stale and dry. Even worse, you can’t add extra Nutella because it doesn’t exist in their system. This is unbelievable. If you want to eat waffles, stay away from this place! I paid for the product, and when I saw this disgrace, I left it there without eating it. They didn’t even apologize to make up for the situation. The level of shamelessness is extreme. This place is far from Japanese service culture. I still can’t wrap my head around it. I still can’t forget their shameless attitude.
View on GoogleThe shaved ice was decent but melted fairly quickly and was quite expensive for what we actually got. The service was really bad! The staff person who took our order acted like our business didn’t matter. He then proceeded to tell us each person had to order something (we’re a family of 5), but there weren’t any items to choose from at the end of the night, except for the shaved ice and coffee - they do not have decaf). The shaved ice could easily be shared between 2. We ordered at 10:15pm but he told us we could do take out because they were closing at 11pm. How do you eat shaved ice to go?! He then reminded me several times that if we stayed we needed to be out by 11pm. When my son asked for a couple of bowls to share the shaved ice, he said they didn’t have any clean bowls to give us, but we noticed at least 3 stacks of clean bowls behind the counter. Clearly they just didn’t want to do more dishes! Staff have no problem taking customer’s money but no intention to provide the service that should come with it. They got my business once, but I wouldn’t go back a second time. Not worth the hassle!
View on GoogleThe food was delicious. I ordered an apple cinnamon waffle and it was top-notch. The waffle was crunchy and aromatic. They serve pretty quickly, but maybe because this place is too crowded, the staff are quite cold. And I don't know why but they don't accept card payments so the only available option is cash.
