Genuinely one of the best burgers I've had in Tokyo. The quality is insane for the price. The bun looks massive right? Like, how are you supposed to eat this? Actually they have instructions in the menu which is kind of genius, and once you follow them it kinda works without too much mess. I heard many good things about it during the last years and now I understand what I missed!

Just a few minutes' walk from Shinjuku-gyoenmae Station. I ordered the Avocado Tartar Burger. The patty is a unique build, blending minced meat with sliced pork belly-like cuts. It offers a fascinating contrast between the soft, minced texture and the direct. The tangy tartar sauce and the mellow avocado add the perfect accents. Rather than feeling heavy or greasy, the moisture from the sauce actually accelerates the savory flavor of the meat. I found myself devouring it in total silence. The interior features exposed concrete and vintage fixtures, with burgers served on silver plates—a rugged, authentic American diner vibe.

​This place is tiny, cute, and very welcoming. We noticed a lot of locals coming by for takeaway, but as tourists, we decided to eat in and enjoyed the cozy vibe. The burgers were absolutely delicious and savory – definitely some of the best we’ve had in Tokyo. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a hearty meal in a lovely atmosphere!

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the burgers were in Tokyo, and Chatty Chatty was easily one of the best I tried while I was there. The burgers are incredibly juicy and flavorful, with a great variety on the menu. They also use a unique bun design and it was so soft. We ended up going twice because we enjoyed it so much. It’s also a really nice, cozy laid-back spot where you can easily hang out, grab a burger, and have a beer. Definitely recommended. Wheelchair accessibility: not accessible there are 2 steps to enter the restaurant and it is on the smaller side inside.

The taste beat our expectations. I mean wow this was a good burger. Maybe the best burger I’ve ever had. This is a small restaurant with 3 booths and 4 tables. They serve burgers, hot dogs and sandwiches. The burgers, however, are amazing. They come with eggs, avocado, pineapple, bacon, and many other combinations. They were just outstanding.
