Very unpleasant experience! I stopped by this café for a coffee with my family. We tried to be respectful, spoke some Japanese, and followed the house rules as best we could. Unfortunately the owner was extremely rude during our visit and made several negative remarks about foreigners. His tone quickly became hostile and he eventually yelled at us. The situation became uncomfortable enough that we decided to stand up and leave without finishing our drinks. Sadly this was a very unpleasant experience and I would not recommend this café.

Discovered a nice patisserie in Kagurazaka today after lunch. Stopped by to try their café au lait and a cake. It was pretty yummy. The owner kindly allow us to park our bikes in front of their store to ôtent getting a ticket, which we didn’t know as we are new to Japan. We found their service is very good, we would definitely revisit.

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced in Japan, even after living here for a year and speaking Japanese. The waiter was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. He acted like he couldn’t stand his customers and made it obvious he didn’t want to deal with foreigners. His attitude was disgusting and honestly embarrassing for the place. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone. No wonder there are no visitors there.

Delicious and delicately made cakes. The iced cafe latte and their Soleil cake is the perfect combination! A must visit when we return to the area.
