The food and sake were very good 😊
View on GoogleWe had the house appetizer selection, seared salmon belly, sashimi, and braised pork belly, as well as some great sake and shochu. Would definitely recommend this place, easily the best experience my wife and I had in a week of exploring Tokyo
View on GoogleExcellent vegetarian options...Fried tofu, seaweed, brown sugar broad beans, all fantastic. Quiet relaxing atmosphere.

View on GoogleToday I visited Bettei Musubi for a banquet with colleagues. The location is about a 4-minute walk from Iidabashi Station. A calm wooden atmosphere, there are also terrace seats, so it seems pleasant to spend time when the weather is nice. This time I ordered the "Tokamachi Hegi Soba Plan" (6,200 yen). First, toast with draft beer! There are many types of Japanese sake, and it seems you can enjoy up to 50 types for an additional fee. ● Seasonal small bowl One dish of fried tofu with chicken minced sauce. The taste is gentle and relieving. ● Mother's home-style dishes Kinpira burdock, hijiki stew, and potato salad to share on a large plate. Everything tastes home-style, especially kinpira and beer are a perfect match◎ ● Dashi rolled egg Served with grated radish, refreshing. The flavor of dashi broth is strongly felt. ● Tochio fried tofu grilled with spicy onion miso Large fried tofu, the outside is fragrant and crispy, the inside is fluffy and thick. The richness and spiciness of the spicy onion miso is exquisite, making the drink even better. ● Homemade salt koji grilled mackerel Fatty mackerel grilled fragrantly. The crispy texture of the skin is also good. ● Tsumari pork aged shoulder meat grilled with salt koji The spicy sauce goes perfectly with the delicious shoulder meat. This is also a taste that makes beer even better. ● "Hegi Soba" specialty of Tokamachi, Niigata Famous soba beautifully served in a wooden container called "Hegi". Served in bite-sized portions so it's easy to eat, you can enjoy the smooth texture and chewiness. ● Sweets, Echigo specialty mini Sasadango Finally, finished with chewy Sasadango. The seats are spacious, the all-you-can-drink menu is also complete, and it was a fun meal party. Thank you for the meal!
