With the theme of 'There are so many delicious breads in Kanto', this is one of Japan's largest bread select shops that collects bread from 'town bakeries' in the Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, and Saitama areas. The total number of breads collected by Hat Connect buyers is over 1000. Breads from each brand are lined up by day of the week. Please enjoy the symphony of bread played by many bakeries inside Shinjuku Station, where Japan's largest train line enters.

🥖Browsing the craftsmanship of town bread artisans in 1 prefecture and 3 prefectures at BAKERs' Symphony EATo LUMINE Shinjuku store. Bread select shop produced by Hat Connect x ALL BAKERS🥖 Japan's largest permanent bread select shop expanded from 'KANAGAWA BAKERs' DOCK' managed by Yokohama, opened on April 17, 2024, at EATo LUMINE on the B1 floor of JR Shinjuku Station. 🍞The signboard is an overwhelming lineup that collects over 100 brands and 1000 types of bread from 1 prefecture and 3 prefectures (Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama), with a fluid composition where more than 40 stores appear daily on a rotating basis. Cinnamon rolls, tomato curry bread, butter chicken curry bread piled up in baskets, hard breads in glass cases, fruit danishes in showcases, etc., visual information rushes in all at once. The fragrant aroma of butter and wheat drifting even through the bag stimulates the appetite even before choosing. 🎼The concept is a stylish parable of 'Shinjuku = staff lines, bread artisans = musicians, bread = tone, the whole store = symphony'. Each bread is accompanied by a photo of the manufacturing bakery staff and an introduction card, an editing-type layout that allows you to see the background of small town bakeries. A book selection policy that prioritizes town bakeries that have been loved locally for many years over popularity, designing the fun of accidentally encountering a lineup you don't usually meet. 🌀Due to mass display, the flow line is easy to congest, and there are times when you cannot move while holding a basket during peak hours. Location inside the ticket gate, non-train passengers need an admission ticket. The unit price per bread is the same as the town bakery price, so if you buy multiple, the total amount tends to swell. A base that fits those who want to try and compare town breads from 1 prefecture and 3 prefectures at once at Shinjuku Station, and those who want to accidentally meet town bakeries they have never seen. 🌟Overall rating: ★3.4 / 5.0

BAKERs’ Symphony Shinjuku store is really suitable for people who love bread. The store is inside the Shinjuku station ticket gate, so it is very convenient to buy it when passing by, and you will stop to shop for a long time without realizing it. The biggest feature is that there are so many choices, collecting products from different bakeries all over Japan, and the items are different every day, so you won't get tired of it even if you come many times. From classic croissants, toast, to creative flavors with personality, everything can be found, very suitable for those who want to try many styles at once. Although it is a collection store, the quality of the bread is generally up to standard, and the aroma is also tempting. It is a bit crowded when there are many people, but the overall flow is quite smooth. It is very good to buy some bread as a snack or breakfast for the next day before catching a train or after work, and it will make people want to visit again.

I took home "Chocolate Rusk (570 yen)" as a snack! It's bite-sized and easy to eat, and the rich chocolate is really felt, it's incredibly delicious. The crunchy texture is comfortable, and once it enters your mouth, your hands really can't stop...! Since it's in a cup, it seems good for accompanying desk work or as a small gift. It became a favorite snack that I will definitely repeat. Please adjust to your favorite expression according to the purpose of use!

11/22 (Sat). Around 19:00. On the way home after going to climb Mt. Jinba from Takao Station, running down the Ichio ridge, and coming out to the west of Lake Sagami, I thought I could make it in time for sunset, so I did a ladder of Nichiren Mountain Alps as a last struggle. Since a transfer event from the Chuo Line occurred at Shinjuku Station, this is the 3rd (?) Shinjuku Station-naka sweets exploration. This shop, which I had been vaguely concerned about since the last exploration, I thought it was like Kinokuniya, but it was one of the largest bread select shops in the country...! Because I am a person who loves sweet bread, shops like this are perfect for comparing tastes and I am very grateful (>人<) Today, for the time being, I chose with a melon pan tie that I love so much. However, because I am a top ranker in the weak will championship, I also picked up French toast with custard in it^^; Here are the 5 items I bought this time. Prices include tax. Yokohama Merondo / Black Tea Melon Pan 366 yen BAKER'S PLACE / Orange Melon Pan 356 yen Essen / Melon Pan 269 yen arc bakery / Melon Pan 269 yen arc bakery / Custard French 403 yen It might be a little added from the main store price, but still a very affordable price. Rather, the fact that you can buy your favorite types of bread from many stores just at this shop is a huge advantage, I even feel it is conscientious. Shopping bags are free. Even with standard melon pan, the texture and thickness of the cookie dough are different, and you can enjoy unusual flavors of melon pan, comparing tastes is extremely fun. I want to hold a cream bread tie or cinnamon roll tie round, and if there are types of croissant zamande, I want to compare tastes. It was a bakery where dreams expand. Thank you for the meal today^↫^
