FRIDAY180105
View on GoogleThere are mildly spicy, medium spicy, and intensely spicy options. There is also chilled soba (in summer). Whole-chicken broth featuring finely shredded green onions. The many female customers and, reflecting the area, Asian foreigners are another characteristic. Ginger oil is among the tabletop seasonings. There are also swimming crab tsukemen and tantanmen. The whole-chicken broth is overpowered by the noodles and green chilies, so all you taste while eating the noodles is heat. After finishing the noodles, drinking just the soup reveals a gentle savory flavor. But the finely chopped green chilies at the bottom make it feel even more intensely spicy. If you're here anyway, perhaps the proper way is to get the intensely spicy version, eat while saying “so spicy~,” then finish and lapse into thought with sweat dripping down. It's relatively easy to eat, but the sweating is different from curry and the like; almost everyone will certainly sweat plenty. Perhaps because of the ginger too. The fact that nearly every dish has a chilled version seems like a reason to return.
View on GoogleThe place I'm most excited about right now is this one, “ハルク.” I'm happy that you can have a different daily special every day for 500円.
View on GoogleBoth the green chili and red chili versions are delicious! Intensely spicy and extra spicy… I thought they were the same, but they're completely different! Personally, I recommend the intensely spicy green one. I order it with rice every time. When there's still a fair amount of toppings and soup left, dunk in the rice & add fried onions (free) to make it even tastier! Every day, a randomly selected ramen normally costing 7~800円 is available for 500円★ It's over when it sells out, so come early!
