Here’s a polished version of your review: I always appreciate finding a restaurant that offers both vegan and gluten-free options—especially in Japan, where that combination can be hard to find. The food was good overall. I wouldn’t say it was anything particularly memorable or exceptional, but everything we ordered was enjoyable and well prepared. The dessert was definitely a highlight. We had the matcha parfait, and it was delicious. I’d recommend saving room for dessert if you visit. This version keeps your opinion honest while reading a bit more smoothly for a review site.

Delicious little spot. Online it looked like reservations were highly recommended, but we went close to opening and there was plenty of seating still available. Completely gluten free, vegan, and very filling!

Definitely more of a splurge restaurant but always worth going to. Both times I visited to Japan I went twice because the food is great. My favourite items on the menu are the karaage and curry and the pancakes, which I always get with matcha ice cream. If you’re a vegan I highly recommend going to Ain Soph.

Excellent vegan restaurant in Shinjuku. Fresh, flavorful food, beautiful presentation, and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and accommodating. A great choice for vegetarians and vegans visiting Tokyo. Highly recommended!

A small vegan places with carefully selected ingredients. The seasonality of selection affects the menu, and that means that every time you go the items could be a bit different. The quality is high every time. I like that they offer both à la carte and guiding menus of multiple selections. The restaurant was a bit hard to find because there’s no big sign with the name, just a few boards outside advertising vegan entries. Also, don’t be surprised by the couple of tables as you enter. There are more upstairs.
