Saw this place online before coming to Tokyo then found myself walking by it on the way back to my hotel so thought why not? The decor was amazing for pictures and the young lady who served me was so helpful and polite. Went about 7:30 in the evening so not so busy, only had a banana waffle and a coffee but both were really good. Glad I went it, definitely worth a visit si if you're passing by why not drop in!

The decorations are cool and service is great! We got our food and drinks very quickly. The food was average, tasted like basic sponge cakes. For a basic sponge cake, it was a bit overpriced. I think the selling point of this cafe would be the decorations.

Really unique cafe with excellent Korean quality shaved ice/snow ice. It wasn't too busy and there were lots of tables to sit at. This is a very large restaurant compared to other dessert places.

The cafe has a cool concept and is very aesthetic but the food is very average. It would be better if they had more 2d food too, other than the 2d cake. The bingsu was good but has way too much condensed milk added onto it, so after eating the fruit on the top it just becomes a big soupy mess that is way too sweet to eat.

The customer service was very disappointing. I waited in front of the register for less than 10 minutes, but neither of the two foreign staff members who were right in front of me said anything to me. And when I entered the store, there was no greeting either.Food was really nice and sweet.
