洋食工房・陶花Touka
Opened on the Togoshi Ginza shopping street in 2001. When we first opened, we were on the 2nd floor. Our omurice became popular and was featured in magazines, the media and more... In 2007 we moved to our current location on the 1st floor. In 2021, thanks to all of you, we were able to celebrate our 20th anniversary. Besides omurice, our hamburg steak, hayashi rice and beef stew made with homemade demi-glace sauce are also popular.

I visited Toka, a Western-style restaurant in Togoshi Ginza, and tried the hamburger steak and crab cream croquette. The interior has a clean, warm feel with wooden tables and chairs, making it a casual and welcoming place for families and friends alike. The staff was polite and attentive, which made the experience even better. The hamburger steak was incredibly soft and had a light flavor that paired perfectly with the demi-glace sauce. The crab cream croquette had a crisp outer layer and a rich, creamy filling—absolutely delicious. If you’re looking for well-crafted Yoshoku (Japanese-style Western food) in a relaxed setting, this spot is definitely worth a visit.
View on GoogleAround 1pm on a weekday, there were only 3 tables - no wait! We got two of the omurice sets (white sauce and demi glaze sauce). The set comes with a tasty soup and salad. The omurice in both are the same, the only difference is the sauce. I think next time I'd try the ketchup rice instead next time because I didn't like the sauce as much. The star of the dish was the egg for me -- soft and moist. The pieces of meat inside were a little more dry. The ketchup rice was already very flavorful too.

View on GoogleFeels like neighborhood prices, a yoshoku restaurant that takes its cooking seriously🥰🥰🥰 Came at noon on a weekday, just as the staff took down the "Full" sign hanging outside the door, so we got in smoothly. The staff were very attentive and waited until we'd finished looking at the menu and decided before coming over to take our order👍👍👍 We ordered the omurice and the hamburg steak with bread set. The soup and vegetable salad were refreshing, and the chicken tomato omurice and the hamburg steak with warm bread were really tasty.😋😋😋
