We sincerely apologize, but payments during lunchtime are accepted in cash only. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for our customers’ understanding and cooperation. A soba shop near the station boasting astonishing portions and excellent value. This soba shop enjoys an exceptionally convenient location, just a 1-minute walk from the east exit of Meguro Station. Its biggest feature is undoubtedly its generous portions: even the regular size exceeds a large serving at an ordinary shop. The medium and large sizes are truly worthy of being called “mountainous.” The soba noodles are thin and go down smoothly, and the shop is known for its excellent value. There is also a wide selection of set meals, allowing you to enjoy soba paired with rice bowls such as katsudon and kakiage don. Seasoning…

Kind staff and good food. They speak no English, which is absolutely fine, but I struggled a bit with my Japanese and a kind patron helped translate for me. Lots of good food at good prices! I’d recommend.

So filling I won’t need dinner—is this really a medium serving? Haha ◾️Thoughts💁 The display in front of the shop showing the soba portion sizes I’d been curious for ages about the soba piled high there. When I actually went in, about 60% of the seats were already occupied from the 11:30 opening—a popular place. I ordered mori soba with a medium-serving upgrade. Another customer was about to order a large serving, and a staff member advised, “Can you finish a large? It’s a lot, you know?” As I waited nervously, thinking, “Is it really that much...?” the soba arrived. Indeed, it was so generous that I wondered, is this really a medium? Isn’t it a large? But for a soba lover like me, this was heaven. I kept eating, breaking down the pyramid of soba. The latter half was admittedly tough, but it felt like I’d eaten a year’s worth of soba, and it was such a delicious, happy time. I definitely won’t need dinner.. Haha Thank you for the meal!! ⚠️Things to note Payment during lunchtime is cash only ▪️Dishes ordered ・mori soba ¥690 ・medium serving ¥190 ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー 📍 ゆう月 目黒 Address: 東京都品川区上大崎2-12-1 野田ビルB1F Access: About a 3-minute walk from the east exit of Meguro Station Closed: Sundays and public holidays About 1,000円 per person 【Leave a comment if you’re hungry】 If you’re interested, don’t forget to 【Follow】【Save】!
