Perfect. I love this place. Good toppings, good broth and great noodles. 😋
View on GoogleOne of the best ramen I ever had!
View on GoogleThis shop is located in front of Shinagawa Ward Office. It's on the opposite side of the road, next to the Hinoki Pharmacy on the left. (Payment is made after the meal via PayPay or cash.) I ordered the special ramen (soy sauce). It was served in about 4 minutes. First, I'll start with the soup. It's a soup made without chemical seasonings, using dashi from bonito, mackerel flakes, and Japanese blue sardines. It's full of seafood umami and very delicious. The noodles are chewy and go well with the soup. The soft chashu pork, plenty of seasoned egg, bamboo shoot tips, and green vegetables with green onions are a nice touch (๑❛ڡ❛๑) Thank you for the meal. Maybe next time I'll try the cold ramen... Thank you very much.
View on GoogleThis is a round of visiting new openings with a time lag 👏👏👏 This time, I would like to introduce 'Shokudo Niccorogashi', which recently opened in Oimachi ㊗️🎉 Here is the location: About a 10-minute walk from Oimachi Station 🚉 East Exit About a 10-minute walk from Tokyu Oimachi Line Shimo-Shimmei Station 🚉 If you are coming from Oimachi Station, go through 'OIMACHI TRACKS', a landmark that opened this year, and head towards the Shinagawa Ward Office 🏢 The shop is located on the Shinagawa Central Park side of the main entrance. Please be careful as the sign is small 👀👀 It's a small shop with about 6 counter seats 🪑 It seems their selling point is seafood-based, no-chemical-seasoning ramen. I wonder what it tastes like. Here are the main items: 🍜 Seafood Dashi No-Chemical-Seasoning Soy Sauce Ramen (Large) 900 yen 🎋 Bamboo Shoot Tips 100 yen The clear, golden soup has a very clean and pleasant taste. It's a gentle soup with the aroma of seafood. This seems like it would be incredibly useful the day after drinking 🩵🧡🩷 This is a taste I really like. It's on my list of places I want to visit again 📓
View on GoogleA small shop with only 5 counter seats. It is run by a woman alone. It has a unique atmosphere that only a woman could create, which is nice. I ordered the special salt ramen, and there is something black floating in the soup. I wonder what it is, maybe something seafood-related. Neither the soup nor the noodles are particularly noteworthy. Or maybe this is just what happens when you don't use chemical seasonings. The seasoned egg is very delicious. This is good. I'd even want it as a souvenir. The chashu seems homemade, which I like. The bamboo shoots are thin and long, something I've never seen before. If you ask me if I'll repeat, I'm not sure. I'd like to try other shops.
