A long-established sushi restaurant with over 40 years of history, about a 5-minute walk from 五反田 station and 大崎広小路 station. Even at night, fixed sets start at ¥1,650〜, making it affordable. Regulars crowd the counter at this stylish, lovely place that truly feels like a neighborhood sushi restaurant. The frontage conveys its long history, but the interior is very clean. Although there are many regulars, it doesn't feel intimidating at all, and I could enter smoothly even when visiting that day without advance arrangements. This time I had the fixed 「並」 set for ¥1,650, かんぴょう巻き for ¥440, and two appetizers. The otoshi was chilled tofu. Despite its price, the 並握り included ikura and came with 4 pieces of 鉄火巻き, making it more than generous enough and delicious! The かんぴょう巻き was reliably delicious too. When I requested plenty of wasabi, the chef really put in enough to bring tears to my eyes. Taking a quick sip of sake with it was irresistible. Finally, when I asked for the bill, they served a complimentary homemade dessert! It was tea-flavored milk jelly topped with a small scoop of vanilla ice cream, with a comforting taste. I hadn't expected such lovely service… and became a complete fan. I'd definitely like to visit again. My first visit to this restaurant, a short walk from the station area, was before 13:00.... There were no other customers when I entered, and I ordered ちらし寿司 for ￥1,000.... ◾️About the ちらし寿司 The ちらし寿司 arrived in about 6 minutes. On lightly vinegared rice were kaiware sprouts, cucumber, kanpyo, takuan, egg, tobikko, and marinated tuna (albacore tuna⁇). There was a fair amount of non-seafood ingredients, but the seafood seemed very sparse. There were crunchy textures and such, but for ちらし寿司 from a sushi restaurant, having only a little finely chopped tuna felt disappointing. It didn't offer much value or satisfaction, and the portion wasn't large either, so I think my satisfaction was low.... Thanks for the meal.

Visited on June 28, 2022 At lunchtime, I thought I might try somewhere new for a change. When I happened to pass the restaurant, 『スタミナ納豆丼』 on the sign caught my eye, so I went in. You mix sashimi, natto, mekabu, chicken egg, ikura, and cucumber together, pour it over rice, and eat it. I think people who love sticky foods like natto would find it irresistible! It also comes with a mini udon. It was very delicious. All the other customers ordered 『にぎり』. In these times of one price rise after another, it's lovely to be able to eat sushi for 880円. I'd like to visit at night too.

Both the food and service were good! Not just the sashimi, but the food overall is delicious. I also use it for business entertaining.

I visited for lunch. There's also a スシロー nearby, but the cost ends up being fairly substantial anyway. Here, the sushi toppings are large, and lunch nigiri is 900円 with udon, which is nice. It feels like a casual neighborhood sushi restaurant for everyday visits, and I'm curious about the スタミナ納豆丼 and other dishes too.
