A ramen shop near Osaki Station. I visited around 17, so the shop was quiet and I could sit down immediately without waiting. This time of day is relatively calm, so it might be a good choice for anyone wanting a leisurely meal. This time I ordered chicken-based ramen. It had toppings such as chicken chashu, tsukune, and chopped red onion, and the generous variety of ingredients was a nice touch. The broth had rich umami, but also went well with the large piece of nori and scallions, making it nicely balanced. They apparently also offer 冷やし担々麺 and 焼きあごの中華そば for a limited time, so there are plenty of menu options. The walls had instructions on how to enjoy mazesoba and posters for alcoholic drinks, giving a sense of the shop's attention to detail. The interior was clean, with an atmosphere where you can comfortably dine alone. I would like to try other menu items next time!
View on GoogleIt is 5.6 minutes on foot from the station. Inside there are table and counter seats. There are 2 other ramen shops nearby, but they all use different broth bases. This place specializes in rich chicken paitan broth, and this time I ordered 「濃厚鶏白湯 醤油 4枚鶏チャーシュー」. True to its name, the broth is incredibly rich and delicious. It is thick and clings well to the noodles. Since the chashu is chicken, it is light and not greasy, which is really nice. It also contains chicken meatballs? so it is very satisfying. Adding a few drops of apple cider vinegar gives it a refreshing taste, a recommended way to change the flavor! Although it is a ramen shop, in the evening they also have izakaya-like dishes, so I recommend it for anyone wanting a casual drink. There is a selection of alcoholic drinks too, so I think all sorts of people can enjoy it! ※First visit: salt flavor; second visit: soy sauce flavor
View on GoogleDependable end-of-the-night ramen is right here. Had 中華そば to finish the evening at らぁ麺 ちり葉. The location makes it easy to stop by after drinks, and the atmosphere suits a quick meal, making it a convenient spot that fits the role of a final bowl of ramen nicely. The 中華そば I ordered looked like a classic, simple bowl. The broth was light, not heavy even after drinking, and went down easily. The balance with the noodles was decent, and it came together well overall. On the other hand, it felt a little too much like a model student, with no standout character or impact, so it did not leave much of an impression. It is certainly delicious, but falls short of the kind of excitement that would make me come specifically for it; ultimately, it is simply tasty in a good way. It fulfills its role as a final meal after drinks perfectly well, but if you set your expectations too high for the ramen alone, it might feel a little lacking. Overall, a convenient choice for end-of-the-night ramen. Not awe-inspiring, but a consistently reliable bowl. Just right for dropping in casually after drinks. Thanks for the meal!
View on GoogleYou can use the covered elevated walkway from Osaki Station, so getting here is easy. Now, the ramen. I had 濃厚鶏ラーメン. Perhaps it is rich as the name suggests; the broth is thick like Iekei ramen. As a result, it clings reasonably well even to the thin noodles. Above all, it is nice that the ramen is properly hot. I think I like it
View on GoogleA building with an unusual layout that, for some reason, houses several ramen shops. The flavor is fairly light. It is just right if you drink the broth while eating. Perfectly tasty.
