Ran by an elderly couple (the waitress seems to be in her 80s) and the main customer base seems no younger than the Showa Era. The place is a bit cramped, but clean enough and seems to give an aura of your average low-end Chinese restaurant (which it is). It has a prime location, being nearly next to Nakanobu Station. I ordered the half fried rice and gyōza combo (半チャーハン・餃子). The fried rice is great; not too oily, few MSG, and pretty generous meat. The gyōza is a bit oily and the fillings are a bit slim, but the skin is crispy. The price is a bit cheaper than chain gyōza restaurants. Probably will come here again, both to support the owners and to eat decent food at a decent price.

My first visit. The staff were elderly and looked over 80. I ordered fried rice and gyoza. It took about 15 minutes for the food to arrive. The first bite of fried rice was ordinary, but it uses very little oil, so it's healthy. The soup is lightly seasoned too, but delicious. Next I ate the gyoza. The filling is a little sparse, but they're tasty. I posted a photo of the menu, and these prices are astonishing. Showa-era prices and fantastic value. For the prices, the food here feels like a real bargain. It's understandable that they have so many customers.

I visited again after 17–18 years, and it's outstandingly delicious among neighborhood Chinese restaurants. My taste buds back then were right (lol).

Large fried rice, stir-fried meat and vegetables. The fluffy, moist, gently seasoned fried rice and the slightly more strongly seasoned meat-and-vegetable stir-fry that makes you want a beer were delicious ◎

Honestly, I don't know why I went into this place; I ended up playing solo foodie. It may be rude to a restaurant loved by locals, but please keep it locally produced and locally consumed. Keep doing your best.
